Mix Spiral
Mixing spirals are made out of a combination of flat steel and steel cutting sections.
Mix spirals can be made of sheet material (the following steels):
- S235JRG2
- S355JRG3
- Hardox 400
- Stainless steel 1.4301 / Grade 304
- Stainless steel 1.4401 / Grade 316
- Stainless steel 1.4404 / Grade 316L
- Stainless steel 1.4571 / Grade 316Ti
The outer diameter can be produced up to 3.000 mm. Larger diameters are also possible; these are supplied in 180° of 90° segments.
The designs are made according to customer specifications.
